ASSA ABLOY, CountryLife, Kion Group, Foodish or Česká pošta. This is just a small part of the new or renegotiated leases in which two members of 108 REAL ESTATE's industrial team - Marek Kodr and Martin Musil - have participated. Thanks to a number of other successful transactions and an increase in new clients, both consultants have been promoted - Marek Kodr has been an Associate and Martin Musil a Senior Consultant since May. In addition, Karel Bachura has also joined the industrial leasing team as a Consultant, covering tenant demand and servicing developers from Brno, primarily in the South Moravia, Olomouc and Zlín regions.

In the case of Martin Musil, the promotion comes after five years of his tenure at 108 REAL ESTATE, while in the case of Marek Kodr it took three years.

"Both colleagues have excellent track records and client references. They have demonstrated the ability to quickly navigate the industrial space market and respond to the changes the industry is undergoing. Tenants appreciate their knowledge of their focus, business context and economic processes, among other things. As a result, they have both been successful in optimising the costs associated with the operation of the leased space."

Matěj Indra, Head of Industrial Leasing at 108 REAL ESTATE, highlights the strengths of both consultants.

There are many more tenants whose transactions Marek Kodr and Martin Musil brought to a successful conclusion. The references include companies such as WM Autodíly, Lagermax, PKZ, Ball, Lorenc Logistic, PPM Factum and Novares. Although they both have to travel all over the country to visit customers and owners of industrial sites, Martin's clients are concentrated in Pilsen and the West Bohemia region, while Marek focuses on the primary market of Prague and the Central Bohemia region.

Both consultants in senior positions are united by their professional backgrounds in the residential segment. Martin focused on real estate sales in the Caribbean, Marek focused on residential projects in the Czech Republic. Since joining 108 REAL ESTATE, however, their main source of professional interest has been warehouses and manufacturing facilities.

"Our company specializes in the industrial space market. However, we greatly appreciate when our team members are able to empathetically represent tenants and at the same time perceive the needs and perspective of landlords. This enhances their competence and leads them more quickly to their goals. Both colleagues possess exactly these skills. With the promotion, they will lead their own portfolios and look after our key clients,"

Jakub Holec, CEO of 108 REAL ESTATE, adds.

Karel Bachura is at the beginning of his career at 108 REAL ESTATE. However, he joins the team with a wealth of experience gained over the last 12 years at Labartt Properties. Here he was mainly responsible for leasing commercial space for Albert Česká republika s.r.o., in the South Moravian and South Bohemian regions. He was also responsible for larger projects, such as the reconstruction of the Arkáda Shopping Gallery in Prostějov, where the leasable space was increased by hundreds of square metres.
