Junior Investment Consultant

We are looking for a colleague for a new position of Junior Investment Consultant in our team of 108. We're looking for an early career person who is attracted to the world of commercial property and wants to learn how to do real transactions - from first client contact to signing. You'll be the right hand to the senior consultants and gradually become independent to lead transactions on your own.

What will be your mission?

This role combines supporting commercial property sales transactions, market analysis, preparing client materials and learning the craft from experienced colleagues.

Specifically, you will then be expected to:

Supporting commercial transactions

  • Preparing marketing materials (teasers, info memoranda, client presentations).
  • Assist with preparation and coordination of virtual data rooms.
  • Communicating with clients, investors and advisors under the guidance of the Senior Consultant.
  • Attending client meetings, property viewings and meetings.

Analysis and research

  • Excel financial models and cash-flow analysis on individual transactions.
  • Market research, comparable transactions and investment benchmarks.
  • Monitoring of ownership structure, lease agreements and key technical parameters.
  • Preparation of market updates and pitch documents.

Administration and CRM

  • Maintaining records of transactions and contacts in CRM.
  • Coordination with legal and tax advisors on both client and buyer side.
  • Preparation of NDA, LOI and other standard documents in collaboration with the team.

Own development

  • Active involvement in mentoring from senior colleagues.
  • Progressively taking independent responsibility for parts of transactions.

What do we expect from you?

  • A university degree, ideally in economics, finance or real estate - we welcome recent graduates.
  • Internship in real estate, investment, consulting or banking environment advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel a PowerPoint; orientation in financial models is a big plus.
  • Interest in AI tools and new technologies - we are a dynamic company and like to look for ways to stay ahead of the curve
  • English at a good levelwhere you're not afraid to write an email to a client or sit on a call with a foreign investor.
  • Diligence, Independence within the given tasks and willingness to learn - proactivity is more than titles.
  • Communication skills a presentable appearance - you will be in contact with clients.
  • Driving licence with. B driving licence an advantage (driving to appointments).
