For the State Investment and Development Company, we have prepared an assessment of the price of land in Cheb, which is atypical in size combined with superior electricity supply and other parameters. Given the parameters of the project, finding comparable transactions was a significant challenge. In the end, we were able to find land whose sales were relevant to SIRS for the purposes of the analysis and we were able to make a maximally objective recommendation based on this information.
