Analysis of rental conditions in the industrial park B:Park u Borové (2023)

For the owner of the park we have prepared an analysis of the optimal rent level in its premises.

The park combines modern offices and warehouses with different specifications suitable mainly for light manufacturing. After visiting the property in person and obtaining photographic documentation, we evaluated the appropriate rent in this industrial park, which at the time of the analysis included warehouses of all standards. In particular, the demand statistics in the region were a key component not only for the client but also for the appraisal.
