The subject of the analysis was the evaluation of the industrial real estate market in the districts of Louny and Chomutov.
The document provided the client with a comprehensive overview of the state of the market both in the given micro-locations and in the whole Czech Republic. In particular, demand statistics in selected regions or average rental prices were a key part of this analysis. We also identified possible potential tenants for the client using not only professional databases, but also based on our know-how.
