We helped secure an investor for land with a valid building permit in Chomutov - resulting in a successful acquisition by Garbe and the preparation of the construction of a modern logistics complex.
The owner of the land approached us with a request to secure an investor for a site with an already issued building permit for a hall building of almost 30,000 m². Based on our knowledge of the market and investment strategies, we recommended the developer Garbe, who successfully completed the transaction. The land is now awaiting the implementation of a project that will expand the supply of quality industrial space in the region.
