We have brokered the sale of a large Carrier facility, which has become part of the investment portfolio of a local private investor. The entire transaction was strategically managed with the aim of securing a new owner and at the same time supporting further commercial use of the building.
As part of its expansion, Carrier decided to relocate to a modern rental park and leave its original own premises in Horní Počernice. Our task was not only to find a new owner, but also to choose the right target group. We focused on private investors interested in the eastern part of Prague, where there is a stable demand for logistics and hybrid commercial properties. The result was a successful transaction with an investor who included the property in his portfolio and subsequently successfully leased the space to other tenants - including the fast-growing Arthrex company.
