We have secured the acquisition of land for the construction of a representative headquarters of Fanuc - a global leader in industrial automation and robotic systems. The new technologically advanced centre was built in the prestigious Nord Park location on the outskirts of Prague.
Fanuc approached our office with the aim of finding a plot of land suitable for the construction of its Czech headquarters. The main requirements included excellent accessibility, high level of representativeness, visibility and location in an innovative environment with other technology companies. After two years of thorough research across Prague, we recommended a plot in the developing Nord Park zone, which already had a building permit. This allowed Fanuc to start construction without unnecessary administrative delays. The result is one of the most modern technological settlements in the region.
Key activities:
- Two-year research and analysis of suitable land in the capital
- Identification of a site allowing immediate start of construction thanks to a valid building permit
- Advising Fanuc's European management on the decision-making process
- Providing documents and data for the approval of the acquisition within the client's global structure
