We have secured the sale of a fully leased premises in Prague 10, which originally served as the headquarters of the logistics company GTL. The transaction targeted both income investors and end users, resulting in a wide range of interested parties and a successful outcome.
GTL historically started its business here. After moving to larger premises outside of Prague, it leased the entire site to smaller to mid-sized tenants and subsequently decided to sell. The site combined elements of a revenue property and a potential headquarters for a company with its own operations. The transaction resulted in the sale to Mixit, which had originally planned to use the site for itself, but due to its dynamic growth, purchased a larger building outright. It has now incorporated the original site into its portfolio as an investment and continues to successfully lease it out.
