We have secured the first lease transaction in VGP Park České Budějovice. The logistics company Dachser has opened its new regional hub here.
The aim was to find modern premises in the South Bohemia region with excellent accessibility for truck transport and facilities adapted to logistics operations. VGP Park offered the ideal solution in terms of both location and technical parameters.
