We have secured new expansion space for Somfy in the Baawer House building in Prague 5, directly adjacent to its existing offices.
The client needed to expand their office facilities, with an emphasis on maintaining their current address and operational continuity. Through several rounds of negotiation with the building owner, we were able to secure adjacent space that would allow for a seamless expansion while improving the comfort of existing employees. As part of the agreement, the owner invested in preparing and upgrading the space.
