We have secured new production facilities for EXCON a.s., a leading Czech specialist in steel structures, in the industrial park Újezdeček near Teplice.
EXCON, a Czech engineering and manufacturing company with over 30 years of experience in the design, manufacture and assembly of steel structures, approached us to find a suitable site for its new production facility. In the course of our cooperation, we jointly redefined the brief and recommended a more efficient solution: an already prepared Build-to-Suit project for long-term lease. Thanks to technical advice and careful selection, we identified a property that exactly matched the requirements in terms of location, timeframe and operating parameters.
