We helped the Railway Administration to secure new office space in Prague's Karlín district, which originally served as a temporary facility, but thanks to its high quality and strategic location has become a long-term solution.
The task was to find a conservative office environment with closed rooms that could serve as a replacement space for six months. The resulting location in the Diamond Point building convinced the client so much that they decided to stay in the space long term and enter into a standard multi-year lease. This confirmed the correctness of the choice and the benefit of our analytical and advisory work.
Key activities:
- Finding a conservative office solution for the specific needs of a government institution
- Securing a flexible lease agreement for an initially short-term period
- Supporting the decision on the long-term use of the premises due to the suitable location and layout
