We secured a lease modification for Cardif Insurance in the Dock in Three office complex in Prague 8, with an emphasis on the future consolidation of multiple entities under one roof.
The client was interested in extending the lease for a shorter period, which would also provide flexibility for strategic decisions regarding the merger of several companies within the group. We negotiated favourable financial terms for the new period and also reached agreement on the owner's investment in the development of electric vehicle charging stations, which will support the company's ESG objectives.
