We have secured more flexible and favourable terms for Billigence's next lease period in the modern offices of Corso Court IIa in Prague's Karlín district.
The client approached us when they already had an offer on the table to extend the lease from the owner. Based on a comparison with the current market situation, we negotiated significantly better financial terms and at the same time greater flexibility - including the possibility of early termination of the lease and investment in interior improvements. This allowed the client to remain in the existing location, but on much more favorable terms.
