We have secured new high quality office space for Continental Automotive in the Prosek Point administrative complex in Prague 9.
The aim was to relocate employees to a more modern and comfortable environment, which will also build on the existing operations in Ústí nad Labem. Through a thorough market analysis, we found a space with an existing fit-out that fully met the client's operational and time requirements. The entire process from transaction initiation to move-in was completed in a record time of five months.
