A long-term client approached us to find a space that would allow them to consolidate the group's 1,000+ employees into one functional unit. In addition to increased operational efficiency, the goal was to upgrade the working environment, technology and overall comfort, including infrastructure for electric mobility. Thanks to a detailed market analysis, favourable renegotiation of terms and conditions and active communication with the building owner, we secured not only a suitable location but also a comprehensive modernisation of the premises after 20 years of use.
