We have secured the lease of 7,000 sq m of industrial space for PZP Heating as part of its rapid expansion in its existing location.
PZP Heating, a Czech manufacturer of heat pumps and heating technology, needed to increase its warehouse capacity within the region. Our goal was to find a solution in the immediate vicinity of their existing production facility, which we were able to do in premises. in Plotiš nad Labem, which allowed for the smoothest possible expansion without interrupting production. Thanks to excellent cooperation with the client and the property owner, we were able to quickly close the transaction and secure new premises with a view to further development of the company.
