Adjustment of lease terms for a logistics company in a key location in Moravia
We have renegotiated the lease terms for 8,500 m² of space in P3 Park Olomouc for Raben, a major provider of logistics services.
The aim was to optimize the contractual setup with regard to the company's long-term presence in the location and the current market situation. Thanks to our knowledge of the regional environment and experience from similar transactions, we managed to reach a new agreement that brings stability and financial advantage to the client.
