For MIBA, we have prepared an assessment of the lease conditions at the premises in Modletice and Moravany.
We have visited the former and, based on a thorough inspection of the property, have prepared a detailed assessment of the rental prices. The opinion included a comparison with the rental conditions of other entities in a comparable location and within halls of a similar standard. The client was satisfied with our work and also approached us again in 2025 with a further request for a valuation report.
