We brokered the sale of a specifically equipped production area of the former Schneider Masokombinat in Plzeň, which was part of the restructuring of the portfolio of the investment group Penta.
Following the closure of the meat processing plant, Penta was looking for a buyer for the premises, whose technical design - including sloping floors and hygienic standards corresponding to the food industry - significantly limited the possibilities of redevelopment. As part of the transaction strategy, we approached both developers and, most importantly, end-user manufacturing companies in the region. In the end, the ideal buyer was confirmed to be a direct neighbour - Precision Castparts, a manufacturer of components for the aerospace industry, which used the site to expand its production.
