The scope of the report was to analyse a selected type of industrial real estate in Prague, Brno, Ostrava, Pilsen and Bratislava.
Furthermore, the document provided the client with data on speculative construction in these locations and described the selected market segment. We prepared the analysis within three weeks and took into account all the client's information needs as much as possible.
