Mediation of the sale of the Treboplast production plant in Moravská Třebová - a member of the international Tajo Group
On the basis of positive references, we were approached by the Spanish management of the Tajo Group, which operated a plant in Moravská Třebová specialising in plastic injection moulding. The company decided to consolidate this branch with a larger production plant in Poland and was looking for a suitable buyer for the property and the technological equipment. Thanks to our long-term contacts, we approached, among others, COLORprofi, operating in the same field in nearby Boskovice. The company showed interest not only in the acquisition of the premises, but also in part of the machinery and took over some key employees. In this way, the continuous operation of the production plant was maintained, albeit under a new owner and brand. The retention of skilled jobs in the region was also a major benefit, which had a positive impact on the local economy.
