Sale of the Esselte binder manufacturing plant, a member of the multinational Acco Brands group
Our company has received an exclusive mandate to broker the sale of the former Esselte plant in Prostřední Lánov near Vrchlabí. In the competition of several real estate agencies, we convinced the client with transparent and objective conditions of the sales strategy, thanks to which he chose us as his exclusive partner. Although at first glance the sale seemed complicated - mainly due to the low demand for industrial buildings in a region focused more on tourism - a thorough market analysis and active outreach to potential investors brought results. After mutual agreement with the client, a sensitive adjustment of price expectations was made, which opened the way to several serious bidders. The transaction was eventually successfully completed with local manufacturer Kablo Vrchlabí, which will continue its manufacturing tradition at the site. This not only made efficient use of the existing infrastructure, but also revived industrial activity in the region and created new jobs.
