Our company has obtained an exclusive mandate to mediate a Sale & Leaseback transaction of the Typos premises located in the attractive industrial zone Borská Pole in Plzeň.
In competition with several real estate agencies, we offered the most comprehensive strategy that led to the successful conclusion of the entire transaction. The first stage was to set lease terms that were acceptable to Typos in the long term. We then formally framed the transaction and brought the property to market, approaching carefully selected buyers - from renowned international investment funds to local private investors. Based on a strategic decision and an emphasis on local knowledge and relationship with the property, we prioritised a private investor with a connection to the region. The result was balanced terms agreed that respected the interests of both parties. This transaction allows Typos to continue its production activities unchanged, with the certainty of long-term operations and enhanced financial stability.
