Despite the challenging economic and geopolitical situation, the CEE region proved attractive for investors, recording a solid performance of EUR 10.8 billion in real estate traded last year
Revaluations were evident in the CEE region due to increased funding costs, but returns varied across countries and sectors
Despite slightly lower investment volumes expected this year, 2023 will offer a number of opportunities in the CEE region, particularly for equity-ready investors
