What will your mission be?
This role combines independent sales transaction management, active client network building, strategic advice and mentoring of junior colleagues.
Specifically, you will then be expected to:
Transaction management
- Independent management of sales mandates From pitching to marketing to signing the sales contract.
- Preparing a Defending investment recommendations a valuation conclusions to the client.
- Conducting investor meetings, managing the bidding process and coordinating due diligence.
- Responsibility for the quality of deliverables, timelines and commercial outcome of the transaction.
Generating new business
- Active Building a maintenance of client network - owners, investors, funds, developers.
- Identification of off-market opportunities and pitch for new mandates.
- Representing 108 in the market. - Networking, conferences, industry events.
- Collaboration with other 108 teams. (office leasing, industrial leasing, research, other offices in Europe) on cross-selling.
Client work and strategy.
- Strategic Advising clients. on their portfolios and investment decisions.
- Preparing market views, investment memorandum a board level presentations.
- Negotiating commercial terms and structure Transactions.
Team management and development
- Mentoring junior consultants - Ongoing feedback and on-the-job coaching.
- Distribution of work within the deal team and quality control of deliverables.
- Sharing know-how and contributing to the improvement of internal processes and standards.
What do we expect from you?
- Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience In investment brokerage, capital markets, real estate private equity, M&A or transaction advisory.
- Proven track record of led transactions - Ideally in commercial real estate (industrial, office, retail, commercial grade).
- Possess a functional network of contacts on the investor and/or owner side.
- Strong financial a analytical skills - Cash flow modeling, IRR/yield analysis, sensitivity.
- Negotiation experience a ability to lead negotiations with C-level counterparties.
- English Advanced level - negotiation and written communication with international investors.
- Independence, business instinct a drive - We reward results, not hours worked.
- Management experience or mentoring junior colleagues is an advantage.
