After 17 years, we are saying goodbye to PDF. Our quarterly market reports are now online

Since 2009, we have published a market report as a PDF every quarter. From Q3/2026, it is being replaced by an interactive website. The first online report is an overview of the industrial market in the Czech Republic, which you can view here: 108 Real Estate — Market Reports
The data, methodology and research team remain the same. What changes is how you can work with them. Open the report with a single link, download nothing, and customise the charts to focus on what interests you.
What you will find in the online report
- The entire quarter on one screen: stock, vacancy, rents and take-up.
- Heatmaps of stock, vacant space and planned development by region.
- The quarter’s most significant transactions in a list and on a map.
- Rental and vacancy trends with a regional filter.
- Macroeconomic overview: GDP, inflation, unemployment and exchange rates.
