Areál Zdiby fully leased

Kuka Roboter, a producer of industrial robots and computer based control systems, active across 30 countries, has taken 1,000 sqm in Zdiby and plans to have laboratories, storage and office there. TENNANT produces cleaning equipment. The company has been among the first tenants in the park and is now relocating from the first phase to the second building in the Zdiby area because it needs to expand.

Areál Zdiby is a commercial and storage area developed by a private Czech investor. The area offers a total of 10,000 sqm of usable space, with a third phase to be added in the future.
