Based on the mandate of the Korean company Hitachi, we organised a tender for the sale of an unused part of their site in Žatec. The winner was the development company CTP, which subsequently implemented a large-scale industrial project there.
Thanks to our long-term and close cooperation with the CTP acquisition team, we ensured the smooth running of the entire transaction and helped transform the land into a strategic logistics complex. Today, a modern BIG BOX with a total built-up area of 70,000 sq m stands on the site, which is part of a wider industrial zone development in the region.
