Securing a production plant for a Chinese car parts manufacturer near Mladá Boleslav
We have secured 20,000 m² of production space in Prologis Park Úžice for the Chinese company MINTH Group for the production of battery chassis for electric vehicles.
The client needed modern premises near Mladá Boleslav with fast accessibility and the possibility of technical modifications. Thanks to our knowledge of the market, we proposed a solution in a project under construction, where it was possible to adapt the layout to the production needs.
