ASSA ABLOY Pedestrian Door Solutions is the world's leading supplier of automatic pedestrian door systems, including sliding, pivoting and swinging doors.

Lease renewal for a major tenant in a warehouse and office complex:

• We have completed a detailed analysis of the terms of the existing lease for Assa Abloy
• We searched for suitable alternatives for the client in the vicinity of Stříbro - 30km radius
• We compared the existing costs and prepared argumentation documents for negotiations with the landlord
• And subsequently we negotiated more favourable economic terms

Key activities:

• Prepared comprehensive argumentation documents including current market rents, occupancy rates and new transaction trends
• We achieved a reduction in the originally offered rent
• We significantly increased the incentive volume, which was key for the client
• As a result, the client was able to address a shortage of office space by adding an entire floor while upgrading a loading bay that was originally inadequate
• We assisted in reviewing the entire lease amendment and helped negotiate operational terms for the continued use of the lobby and outdoor areas.
