Lease extension for a major tenant in a warehouse and administration complex
We have successfully negotiated a lease extension for ČERVA at Prologis Park Prague Airport. The client will continue to use the premises with a total area of 42,000 m², including both warehouse and office capacities.
The aim was to ensure continuity of operations and stable conditions for the company's long-term operation in this strategic location. Thanks to the effective negotiation of the contractual terms, we supported the further development and stability of the client's business.
