The Slovak 108 AGENCY team led by Jakub Velko and the Czech team led by Martin Musil joined forces to find the most suitable alternatives for the client. In the case of Bor near Tachov, they decided for premises with an area of 2,177 sq m located in CTPark. “The client appreciated our overview of the offers in the given area and their qualified assessment, as well as our personal presence at viewings and negotiations. The successful transaction is proof of the synergy of the international branches of 108 AGENCY,” adds Martin Musil from the industrial and logistics leasing department of the Prague branch of 108 AGENCY.
In Brno, PKZ Logistics chose Prologis Park in Syrovice based on the most favourable conditions negotiated by Alžběta Pastrnková from the Brno branch of 108 AGENCY. Decisive in this case was the proximity of the D52 highway and the option of tailor-made premises. Leased area of 5,808 sq m is in the recently completed DC3 building. The tenant also acquired 352 sq m of office space at a time that matched his ideas.
