Michal Diviš and Žaneta Kachlířová - new members of 108 AGENCY´s Prague branch
Michal Diviš (39) becomes the new support our partner company 108 Investment Advisory. By the position of Senior Consultant of the Investment Department he is newly responsible for commercial land in the CEE region. "Michal joined 108 Investment Advisory senior position mainly for land development especially in the area of logistics and industry in the Czech Republic. Michal has extensive experience in preparing commercial land, mending larger territories. To our clients we would like to offer complete services in the field of land development, from finding the site, negotieting contracts, verification of utilities to zoning plan," commented Jan Hospodář, Partner at 108 Investment Advisory.
Michal graduated a master's degree at the Agricultural Faculty of the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice, focused on Land Consolidation and Conveyancing. His job experiences include the position of manager of acquisitions in the real estate development company EKOSPOL, as well as a commercial director of the developer REA 2007. By the end of last year he was working as a project manager in a construction company BauPoint. Of interesting projects which Michal participated on, we can mention the resident project Dalejské výhledy in Prague, 88 building plots for investing in Poděbrady or construction business units of Decathlon SK. Michal speaks English and his hobbies include music, football, tennis, mountain biking or snowboarding.
The new member is also Žaneta Kachlířová (33), whose responsibility will be to manage the office department‘s agenda, collaboration on office real estate projects, communication with partners or clients and support the existing office team. "We feel a huge market opportunity in office properties that is why we have decided to expand our office department. Žaneta will primarily concentrate on the center of Prague but also will help to her colleagues Kateřina Kotnová and Ondřej Straširybka. Žaneta is communicative and friendly. We believe that she will like the job as well as we do," said Jakub Holec, managing director of AGENCY 108.
Žaneta studied at Integrated high school with a focus on hospitality and tourism. She has been very excited about travelling since her graduation, she worked in several positions in the leading Czech travel agencies. Since 2011 she worked as a branch manager of CK Exim Tours. Žaneta is fluent in English. She mostly spends her free time with her family. Other her hobbies include sports activities such as badminton, swimming or yoga.
