108 AGENCY, a Czech real estate consulting company, strengthens its investment team of consultants.
The LOG-IN forum was held on April 11th, 2019 at the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel. Also this year, 108 AGENCY became a gold partner of a full-day conference focused on the most effective solutions, innovations and case studies in logistics in the Slovak market.
The real estate consultancy 108 AGENCY won a prize at the prestigious competition known as the HOF Awards 2019. The prize was from the Warehouse Real Estate Agency category for the CEE (Central and Eastern Europe) and SEE (South-East Europe) regions.
The consulting company 108 AGENCY, with its almost ten-year tradition in the Czech market, has recently welcomed Denisa Mašková and Karolína Skalková as marketing specialists. The marketing of 108 group will continue to be led by Ondřej Konopásek as an associate director. The main objective of the extension of the marketing department is to strengthen the brand's communication and to introduce new and up-and-coming projects.
The autumn of this year was marked by welcoming new colleagues throughout the team. As a research analyst, Yevgenia Soldatova will be responsible for research activities and real estate market analysis. Also the industrial department strengthens with the arrival of Michael Novotný whose task will be mainly to expand the portfolio of industrial premises offered by the company and participate on business cases throughout Czechia.
The ceremony of the CIJ Awards 2018, the prestigious real estate competition in Central Europe, has brought a number of prizes to the consultancy company 108 AGENCY. Both branches of the real estate consultancy The 108 AGENCY won in several categories.
Branislav as a partner will be appointed also to the position Head of industrial team. In his previous position as a senior consultant within the international company CBRE he used to work for more than 5 years as a specialist for automotive clients.
