The Czech real estate consulting agency 108 AGENCY has launched a unique application that makes it easier for users to orient themselves in the current menu of industrial premises in the Czech Republic.
The announcement of the prestigious CIJ Awards 2020 real estate results saw another victory for consultancy 108 AGENCY. For the fifth year, we defended out Best Warehouse Real Estate Agency title, affirming our role as market leader in brokering industrial real estate.
108 AGENCY, a real-estate consulting agency specialized in commercial properties in the CEE region, has expanded into the Hungarian market. The main goal is to become a trusted, full-service provider of a comprehensive portfolio of services in the commercial real estate sector.
108 AGENCY real estate consultants have won the Best Warehouse Real Estate Agency category in the CEE (Central and Eastern Europe) and SEE (South-East Europe) regions for the second year a row, awarded by the prestigious HOF Awards 2020.
Since February 2020, 108 AGENCY has been a member of ABSL Czech Republic (Association of Business Service Leaders), which brings together and represents companies which operate in the business service sector in the Czech Republic. They will share a knowledge of the commercial real estate market, and an innovative approach.
In January, Katarína Holcová will join 108 AGENCY, and will lead the sales team from the position of CCO.
Today, at the entrance of the chique, modern offices of 108 AGENCY, the works of leading Czech street artist welcome you to a casual atmosphere with just over thirty-five cheerful employees. Exactly ten years ago, however, things looked completely different at 108: the office was a single living room, and Jakub Holec, the owner, and visionary, sat in it alone.
The crisis was coming, and Jakub Holec decided to start his own commercial real estate business out of his girlfriend’s living room. He wanted to exclusively serve Czech clients, and today his 108 AGENCY has more than 30 people and is a market leader specializing in the rental, sale, and management of commercial real estate.
A pleasant atmosphere with the sound of hoofbeats in the background and a rich accompanying program – this was the fifth year at the races for 108 AGENCY. It fell on a sunny Sunday on the 15th of September 2019 and featured live music, good wine, and lots of fun activities for the youngest visitors.
