Unique auction of Prologis' warehouse unit at D1

Real estate consultancy company 108 AGENCY, the leader of the Czech industrial market, launches in cooperation with the leading developer Prologis a unique auction of warehouse spaces with an area of 17,130 sq m in the existing park Prologis Park Prague D1 West II. The auction aims to provide candidates with exactly the same conditions in the most transparent environment, with an effective comparison of the bids submitted. This innovative process has not yet been used in the Czech Republic.

Průmyslová street comes alive with new commercial development

A brand new commercial complex, providing a combination of retail and industrial areas, is being prepared by the established development company CODECO, a.s. near the railway station Praha - Hostivař. The project, consisting of a pair of buildings, will provide their tenants with flexible spaces within a total area of 10 000 sq m. The construction will replace an existing brownfield, aiming to raise the environment with increased emphasis on greenery.

Czech industrial properties in the spotlight of Chinese companies

In the past 18 months, three major Chinese logistics providers leased almost 100.000 sq m of new warehouse premises, one of them being 68.000 sq m leasing agreement in VGP Park Jeneč signed by the company 4PX Express (logistics operator of Chinese e-commerce company Alibaba).
