The crisis was coming, and Jakub Holec decided to start his own commercial real estate business out of his girlfriend’s living room. He wanted to exclusively serve Czech clients, and today his 108 AGENCY has more than 30 people and is a market leader specializing in the rental, sale, and management of commercial real estate.

The first half of this year has gone well for the Czech real estate advisory firm 108 AGENCY, and they’ve grown from 24 people to a 31-person team. The main activity of 108 AGENCY continues to be lease brokerage for industrial spaces, and in the Czech Republic alone they closed 46 contracts on spaces totalling 151,442 m2, not to mention an additional 52,826 m2 in Slovakia.
