The 108 AGENCY team is growing again, and we have recently welcomed a trio of young colleagues to our firm. These youthful faces have expanded our analytics and consulting departments. All three newcomers have already settled in, and their commitment to their work has already confirmed to us that finding and nurturing new talent can be just as successful a strategy as recruiting senior employees.
The first half of this year has gone well for the Czech real estate advisory firm 108 AGENCY, and they’ve grown from 24 people to a 31-person team. The main activity of 108 AGENCY continues to be lease brokerage for industrial spaces, and in the Czech Republic alone they closed 46 contracts on spaces totalling 151,442 m2, not to mention an additional 52,826 m2 in Slovakia.
On 5th of September 2019 took place a new Office party attended by more than 50 special guests.
The aim of the Euro Cities report released by international consulting company Gerald Eve was to compare the differences between the most important European capitals, mainly in terms of prices in logistics and the future of investment opportunities. The company acquired market data through its European partners, including the Czech real estate consultancy 108 AGENCY. The analysis shows that the most expensive European city is London, while Warsaw and Istanbul are the cheapest. Prices in Prague are average.
The 5th annual Real Estate Charity Beach Volleyball Tournament took place on Wednesday, August 7 at Žluté lázně. This volleyball charity tournament was held under the auspices of JLL. As is usual on such occasions, 108 AGENCY was among the participants.
