New Construction at the Eastgate Park Prague Area Has Just Started

The limited possibility of new constructions has been one of the main problems for the industrial property market development for the last years. This problem multiplies dramatically with regard to urban industrial zones. The solution lies in the revitalization of brownfield areas and the filling out free spaces near existing buildings. A palmary example is the area of the Eastgate Park Prague and the construction of a new hall of approximately 5,000 square meters within it.

The ceremony of the CIJ Awards 2018, the prestigious real estate competition in Central Europe, has brought a number of prizes to the consultancy company 108 AGENCY. Both branches of the real estate consultancy The 108 AGENCY won in several categories.

108 AGENCY and 108 AGENCY Slovakia have recently become the members of the IRELS network (International Real Estate Logistics Solutions). The IRELS was founded by the EOL company in 2017 to support the development of international partnership and encourage the growth of international logistics projects.

Dokument Logistik is moving to new premises

Dokument Logistik s.r.o., a Czechoslovak company, which deals with document storage and management , expands and moves its storage capacities. In Senec, they rented 2,500 square meters of warehouse space in the Falcon Industrial Park. Rental was provided by Branislav Jendek, Head of Industrial Team and Managing Partner of 108 Agency Slovakia.

A New Facility in the Panattoni Park Prague Airport II will House a Unique Distribution Centre for Foreign Online Stores

108 AGENCY's industrial team has facilitated a lease of 25,000 sq m warehouse under construction within Panattoni Park Prague Airport II. The premises will be occupied by Europe Huajie Development, which covers various companies specializing in the electronic sales of different types of products. Panattoni Park Prague Airport II will create a unique distribution center that will serve Chinese e-shops to distribute goods across Europe and import European goods into China.
