Among new lease transactions brokered in Prague region belong the rentals for companies such as Logik, Czech Ice Group or Decor Italia. For the První Žatecká company has been found a new storage in Přestanov. 108 AGENCY also participated in the sale of 33 hectares Logistic park R6 owned by Skanska company.
