Country Life, Czech producer and seller of organic food, has expanded its storage capacity. Since this November, the company has been leasing new premises at Prologis Park Prague-Rudná, where it operates on approximately 5,300 square meters. As a real estate agent on the deal acted 108 AGENCY Industrial Property Team.
Development company, P3, has signed a lease on a 10,787 m2 warehouse for the Czech Republic’s top online furniture retailer Exiteria at P3 Prague D11, which is close to exit 8 of the D11 highway north east of Prague city centre. As a result of the letting, P3 will now start work on the construction of a new 20,000 m2 logistics building – the first to be built at P3 Prague D11. The remaining 9,213 m2 of the space in the new warehouse will be built speculatively.

Bredovský Dvůr, an administrative complex in Olivova street in the Prague city center, has a new tenant. A young Czech company specialized in the notary services has leased about 300 sq m in the complex and plans to open there an office this December. Due to new lease transaction, Bredovský Dvůr has enriched a structure and service of its tenants and nowadays the property is 95% leased.

Dutch-based developer, CTP has agreed two new lease deals. CTP has agreed a new lease of approximately 26,500 m2 of warehouse and office space for existing client Sumisho Global Logistics Europe (SGL) in CTPark Plzen. CTP has also agreed lease terms for approximately 2,290 m2 production and office space for Spreadshirt in CTPark Teplice.
KUHN-BOHEMIA company, which is among the leading distributors of construction machinery in the Czech Republic, have decided to build the new headquarters next to the D1 highway, on the land plot of 1,6 hectares. The 3,000 m2 complex construction should begin this summer, the completion is scheduled for spring 2016. In the new headquarters, the company plan to offer the customers its complete range of construction machinery, handling equipment and all after-sales services also including a modern service center.
A leading distributor of garden equipment and machinery in the Czech Republic, the Werco company, leases 9,000 m2 of modern warehouse in the p.k.Solvent industrial area at the D1 highway, Exit 15. It was the last vacant warehouse space in the locality. Werco company moved from Říčany where they resided in several older buildings. The main reason for leaving the previous premises is a cost saving expectation related to storing and distribution.
