Prologis, Inc., the global leader in industrial real estate, today announced that it has signed a 12,000 square metre lease agreement with German-based company, Borgers, at Prologis Park Pilsen-Stenovice in the Czech Republic.
SAPRIL GROUP, Czech producer of packaging material consisting of eight affiliates, has extended its production and rented new spaces at two industrial sites in northern Bohemia. In the area of Schoeller Litvínov, the SAPRIL s.r.o. company will newly operate at more than 12,000sq m. The company plans to employ there up to 200 people. In the city of Děčín, the SAPRIL Pro s.r.o. company has already started producing at approximately 4,000sq m with 50 employees. During both lease transactions, the SAPRIL GROUP was represented by 108 AGENCY Industrial Property Team.
BOHEMIA CARGO, a leading provider of logistic services in the Czech Republic, expands its storage capacities. In Přestanov, northern Bohemia, the company has recently leased approximately 5,000 s qm storage with a space for 8,000 pallet units, the storage will be opened this June.
108 AGENCY Industrial Property Team brokered two new leases with the KUKA Roboter GmbHV and TENNANT company. The new contracts have brought the second 4,900 sqm building in the Zdiby area to full occupancy.
Commercial building of Štěrboholská Business Center situated in Prague 10 offers approximately 6 500 sq m of leaseable area which is completely rented out. Current tenants of the building have recently renegotiated their lease agreements and also few of new lease contracts have been signed there. This year 108 AGENCY has once again successfully mediated a significant transaction. Its consultants have agreed on the construction of new spaces with a size of approximately 31,000 sqm in Prologis Park Prague-Airport for ČERVA, a supplier of protective personal equipment.
